Medical Officer posts in HRMS


Applications are invited for filling of vacancy/ empanelment of candidates for the following posts under Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Nuapada on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per Society norms basing on the performance and subject to continuance of the programme. Lower age limit for all the posts is 21 years and Upper age limit is mentioned below as against each as on 01.12.2015.

Medical Officer
MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by medical Council of India. Must have completed compulsory rotary internship.

Laboratory Technician :
Must have completed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course from3 medical college of the state or any AICTE
approved institutions

Staff Nurse:
Must have passed in General Nursing & Midwife/B.Sc. Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing schools of
3 medical college/school of nursing MCL Talcher/IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by INC and must have
registered in the Odisha nursing  council.

District Programme Coordinator:
MBA/PG Diploma in management/ health administration from a recognized institute/University. At least one year of work experience.
Basic Knowledge of computer.

Graduate in commerce. Two Years of experience in maintenance of accounts on double entry system in a recognized society or institution.
Experience in working with accounting software for at least 2 years

Rehabilitation Worker :
10+2 or equivalent qualification.
One and Half year certificate course of multi rehabilitation worker from a recognized institute. Registered
under rehabilitation council of India Act 1992/Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy

Pharmacist cum Logistic Assistant :
Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy. Minimum 1 year of experience in Managing a drug store in a reputed
hospital/ health center recognized by the Govt.

General Instruction:
1.The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any
form will render the candidate disqualified for the position.

3. Candidates are required to apply in prescribed format availble in the website and to submit along with a set of self attested copies of all certificates in
support of age, qualification ,experience, residence etc.Candidates are also required to submit
two recent passport size colour photograph, an ID proof (Voter ID/PAN/Driving
Licence/Passport/Adhar card) and recent( Issued within 6 months as on 1.12.2015) Caste &
Residence certificate issued by the competent authority. No certificate will be accepted at later
stage of recruitment, if fails to produce with the application.
4. Candidates, who are already working in Health Department or outside either on regular or on
contractual basis, have to submit No Objection Certificate from concerned employer.
5. For all the post candidates must have passed Odia up to M.E Standard.
6. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to apply to the “ Chief District

766105” so as to reach on or before 21.12.2015 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post /
Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be super
scribed clearly name of the post applied for.
7. The applications received for all the posts will be scrutinized and the database will be uploaded
in the above website for invitation of objection. Candidates are required to visit website: – at regular intervals for any notification, updates (objection invitation /
different tests notices), results etc. relating to recruitment.
8. Candidates will be selected on the basis of selection process as applicable. Only shortlisted
candidates will be called for participation in the selection process.
9. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.
10. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false
information /documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in
case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall
be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from
the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances/
misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
